I become very much excited when i start telling about this place and the temple here, i don't know why is it so. Many had asked me, how i can be religious to this great extent in this 21st century, specially rahul and sharath. I think they had tried a lot to change me, but since it had left a deep impression on me, they were unsucessful in their task. May be it would be the beauty of that temple or the impact of that supernatural force, that lead to my strong devotion to Lord Shiva, the one being at thiruvanchikulam, or else it may be something that was passed on from our descendant, i mean hierarchy. My grandma, amma, uncle, and the last one now being me. Then it may be the idolic form of Lord Shiva and Parvati Devi here. It is believed that they are here as bride and groom.
My amma's devotion towards the temple and the Lord here, is beyond words. She says me every now and then that it was Lord Shiva who had helped her survive all her crisis and she was blessed by him in many ways. Her all sincere and true wishes were fulfilled by him. I write these words in light of our experience, if u all believe it or not. She even can't think of an existence without a home at this place.Once, I was at the temple during Navaratri days, two of them from Banglore, came and asked me about the historical stories regarding the temple. I told them whatever I knew in the most pleasing manner. While departing, they told me You are lucky to be born here... I keep those precious words very much close to my heart. It is all because of his grace.Thanking you my Lord I stop here by remembering you at each and every breath of my life.
